Today’s pressure filled world can be ever-changing, presenting many different problems, unresolved issues, or obstacles that can throw us off track. These transitions or problems can sometimes cause us to feel stuck. I believe that everyone needs help from time to time to see ourselves more clearly and to develop new skills for working through these challenges.
Stress or anger management, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjusting to a loss, or child behavioral problems are just a few of the issues I’ve successfully addressed with my clients.

My role is to simply guide you along your path of self-discovery, and provide support as you develop the personal resources you need to live the life you want.
